cover her three year old son, Albert,
whom she claims was taken by its
father firom Medford, Mrs. I. M. Bag
ley made a flying trip from Weed,
California to Baker, when informed
by her mother that the child was
missing. She arrived last night and
this morning endeavored to persuade
Chief of Police Jackson to recover the
boy for her. Ma. Jackson refused un
til papers in the case have been se
cured from District Attorney Godwin.

iley stated, although no divorce pro
ceedings have been instituted. Her
