This is a young woman of New York society as she appeared in an exni
bition in public before a large crowd, including the mayor of the city, bhe
had been taking lessons for somemonths in outdoor dancing on tn
irrass. So far as could be observed from the audience her feet were bare,
and her legs seemed to be bare. The poses were interesting and artistic,
and showed tha grace that comes from careful training. ,

One of the New Lingerie Frocks Made '
with a Dark Blue Silk Coatee
A vivacious dark-eyed Miss, who
served tea at the class-topped table,
carried off well the style of the smart
coatee in a frock that (bespoke the cou-1
tuner Jenny.. The bodice of alloveri
embroidery, nipped 111 all the waist as '

neath the jaunty jacket of dark blue
