PS building this year specify elec
trie lights. It is safe to say that 90 per
ih ,u,8e? built in U Grande this
wininsta11 them. No home is modern
without them. They are as important as
sanitary plumbing.
Good lights are equally important, how
ever, if you happen to live in a rented
house, your landlord owes it to you, and
you owe it to yourself to have nothing but
the best light. Electric lights are easily
installed and will prove a source of lasting
satisfaction to you. Call or phone Mam 84.

Early Seeding Indicates Bumper Crop
Throughout the County.
Wallowa, April 22. (Special )
The outlook for this year's crop is of
the brightest owing tu the dry condi
tion of the ground at this Ime of he
year. The farmers are busy plow
ing and getting the ground in shape
for the spring crops. The summer
fallow and fall grain is in fine con
dition and is. ahead of records set
by previous seasons. The grass is
coming up fine owing to the showers
and warm weather. On the moun
tains the grass is beginning to ap
pear, green and soon the hills will
be of a solid green. All in all, the
present outlook for this year's future
is much brighter than in certain past
years.
