comes of f-3000 a year or more, to
fill out. " Penalty for failure to ask
for one of these blanks and fill it out
before March 1 is from $20 to $1000
fine, while a fraudulent return carries
with it a fine of not more than $3000
or a year in prison.. These blanks
are now in the hands of the county

The blanks are arranged in two
parts, the first showing the gross in
come, including : salary, business,
trade, dealing in stocks or bonds, in
come from bonds, from realty hold
ings, rentals, etc., and from every
source. The other part shows what
deductions shall be made from the
gross Income to figure the net income.
These deductions include interest
paid, taxes, losses by fires or in trade,
storm, etc., not compensated by in
surance, necessary business expenses

have been charged off as worthless,
and losses from wear and tear to
property, limited to a certain per
