To whom it may concern: You are
hereby notified that the commission,
ers appointed by the common council
of the city of La Grande, Oregon, to
make an examination uf the property,
upon r.alch assessments" are to ' be

described, as to the valuation and ex
tent, if any of the benefits to oe a-

report in writing to said council, which

tion of said council to levy a special
assessment against all the property

north property line of Spring avenue
to the south line of the culvert ex
