Methodists are to take the pulpits in
many La Grande churches tomorrow.
While the chief interest in a church
way tomorrow centers about the ses
sions at the Methodist church confer
ence, the morning servoces are to be
made additionally important by the
fact that visiting ministers will occu
py various Episcopal churches. Homer
E. Culison is scheduled to fill the
pulpit in the Baptist church, C. E.
Deal of Fruitland, the Christian pul
pit, and A. W. James the Presbyterian
pulpit. In the evening there will be a
genera meeting of all the Episcopal
churches in connection with thn Meth
odist church closing numbers. No
Sunday this year will be of more im
