to appear. According to the former
it seems probable that thousands of
sheep will die before the cause of the
epidemic is discovered and a cure de
vised. If such proves the case, own
ers of sheep in that section will suf
fer thousands of dollars of loss with
in the next few days or Veeks, de
pending on the spread of the infection
and the success of the veterinarians
in checking It.
