-RECIPE NO. 2 BUCKWHEAT CAKES-
1 1-4 cups buckwheat flour
14 cup white flour
1-2 teaspoon salt
2 1-2 cups thick sour milk ,
1 1-2 teaspoons soda
1 egg ;
Sift buckwheat flour, -white flour and salt into
diving bawl; add sour milk In which soda hs
been dissolved, and beat very smooth; then add
the veil beaten egg. Bake on bot fridge
