prices in spite of the fact that the
supply in the coast cities Is plenti
ful. Wheat has gone up a cent in the
Portland market and foreign reports
would indicate that it is destined to
be steady, from now on.

and truck raisers of California Will
in time have its effect on the the lo
cal market. Some shipments of freHh
vegetables received the other day
were frozen and the 'supply at fie
present time Is not as plentiful as
usual. Prices remain the same for
