Berlin, Dec. 20. Physicians report
that the Russian czarovltch is con
sumptive. Dr. Israel, a Jewish phy
sician of this city, recently went to
St. Petersburg and removed a tuber
cular kidney from the Russian heir,
lit Is said the czar paid the doctor
$25,000. for the operation and granted
the request of the doctor to rescind
the laws preventing the Jews from
colonizing Kieff and Odessa. The
immigration laws were suspended for
this Jew and the czar's aide escorted
him to and from the capltol.
