PROGRESSIVES ATTENTION!
We do nrt care whether 3'ou are a progressive or
a stand-patter politically, if you intend to be a pro
gressive financially, you must be very careful in your
land dealings. Nine-tenths of the land titles in Un
ion county are defective in some way. Buying a bad
title means lawsuits and unnecessary expense. De:
mand an abstract to the property you are. going to
purchase. This will show up all defects and irregu
larities, then let the other fellow stancUthe expense
of correcting the title.
