You are the one best judge of what you want. Trust to your own judgment Re

suffer by examination. We have nothing to conceal.
That part of Connordale Addition which is now on the market extends along
"Washington Avenue from Twelfth street to Sixteenth street on one side and
along Twelfth street between L avenue and F avenue on the other. It is as level
as a table. The soil is a dark rich loam, easy to work and wonderfully fertile.
The sort of ground that produces that th ick, green velvety lawn that adds so
much to the beauty of a home. It is underlaid with gravel from 6 to 8 feet be
low the surface. This insures perfect drainage and carries off all surface water.
Cellars do not have to be floored and walled with concrete and will always be free
from stagnant water after a hard rain. Concrete curbs and extra heavy concrete
sidewalks five feet widehave ben laid. The streets are graded and a ten foot
parking space provided on each side. The city water has been piped in and the ;
sewers follow this year. Washington Avenue is paved with asphalt this
summer right to the head of the Connordale addition. L Avenue, running from
Washington Avenue at the head of Connordale, past the city hall to the high
school, is to be opened up. Electric lights and telephones have already been in
stalled in the new houses built on Connordale and a street lighting system will
soon be provided. Every requisite of a bight-class residence district is found
there. Go and see for yourself, or let us take you over the Addition in one of
our machines. We have a legitimate, home-building proposition not a1 wild
cat speculation. You owe it to yourself and your family to investigate it.
