That part of Connordale Addition which is now on the market extends along
Washington Avenue from Twelfth street to Sixteenth street on one side and
along Twelfth street between L avenue and F avenue on the other. It is as level
as a table. The soil is a dark rich loam, easy to work and wonderfully fertile.

sewers follow this year. Washington A venue is paved with asphalt this
summer right to the head of the Connordale addition. L Avenue, running from
Washington Avenue at the head of Connordale, past the city hall to the high
school, is to be opened up. Electric lights and telephones have already been in
stalled in the new houses built on Connordale and a street lighting system will
soon be provided. Every requisite of a hight-class residence district is found
there. Go and see for yourself, or let u s take you over the Addition in one of
our machines. We have a legitimate, home-building proposition not a wild
cat speculation. You owe it to yourself and your family to investigate it.
