At 12:15 today the fire alarm sum

defective flue had started what
might have proven a serious fire.
When the company arrived Dr. Oilll

garden hose and by using good head
work the firemen extinguished the

did not turn on the regular fire hose
which would have greatly Increased
the damage. Several holes had to be
nt through the roof and through the
plastered wall of one room but the
firemen were as careful as possible.
