Francisco' In 1915 arrived here today.
A series of elaborate entertainments
has been prepared for the visitors dur
ing their stay in the Portuguese capi
tal. The president, his premier, assur

Dave Allen who recently arrived
here from Idaho Is well pleased with

stable and later took over the entire

occupy the same the latter part of

Preliminary Hearings Chanre Unfitness
Washington, June 8. Preliminary
hearings on the charges of unfitness
against Judge Han ford of Seattle, will
be held before the house Judiciary
committee on Tuesday, according to
muouncements made here today. Con

Second, that the drivers are not re
sponsible for any losses whatsoever

from the time of such shortage or loss,
so he has a chance to find or rectify
any error at once.
Third, all equipment shall be kept
In such reasonable repair and safe
condition as not to Jeopardise the life
and limb of drivers.

days notice prior to dismissal ffom
service, all drivers to give me (J. D.
