sessment roll in accordance with the
re-assessment herein levied and to
collect said re-assessment.

by an order of the Circuit Court of
the State of Oregon, for Union Coun

j WHEREAS, the council now desires
, to cause a new assessment to be made

I collection of the amount so assessed;
( NOW, T1IEREFF0RE, In pursuance

council by the charter of the city
of La Grande to the effect that If any
assessment is set aside by order of
any Court, the Council may cause a
new one to be made in like manner
for the same purposes for the collec
