Richardson, who has worked up the inter: st In the af fair-reports that the attendance will be large. The drawing for prizes oc curs . at 3 o'clock and all . children should be at the stand at that hour.' The Judges harg"been selected and assure an Impartial selection ' of the prettieBt baby on exhibit. Prizes Exceptionally Fine. Three prizes to be drawn for and various Jewelry stores and are at tracting much attention. The luiTdest baby under one year will receive a solid gold necklace, with thelockit' set with a diamond. This is on ex hibit at the Love Jewelry store. ' For the luckiest baby under two years and over one the prize will be awarded by drawing; and consists of a solid silver set of knife, fork and spoon. This Is on exhibit at the Sefgrlst store. The prettiest baby of all, 'to be chosen by the eye of the Judges, will be given a solid silver mug and it is on display, at the Peare wlndow. With such excellent prizes on for awards, and a great deal of Interest manifest, there Is every reason to be lieve that the baby show will be "a hummer,", as the slang puts it. Then, too, Governor Oswald West will make a little speech, to the babies and will personally superintendent the award ing of prizes after they . are drawn. Mrs. Richardson should be notified by parents who wish to enter in the con test for the prizes at once, so that ar rangement for . comfortable seating for all can be made. ' There will W room enough for every one and there will be no crowding or Inconvenience for mothers. ;. , The Judges, as announced today are Walter M. Pierce, Dr. J. p. Gillllan and Dr. W. 8. Seemann. with Gover nor West as presiding "officer." A photographer will ba on the scene and take pictures of the babies of which there will be at least 10(1 ac cording to registration already made with Mrs. Richardson. EXPOSES! This week announces the opening of the music studio of Mrs. Erla Carlock. who enters this fall upon her third year of musical work In La Grande.
