The city of La Grand? does orJaln
as follows:
Section 1. Tha. the council has con
sidered the proposed BBsesenaent of ,
the property benefitted by the im
provement of Washington avenue lrm
the east curb line of First street to
the east line of Fir street and all ob
jections made thereto, and hereby as
certains, determines and declares the
whole cost of said Improvement In the
manner provided by resolution duly
passed by the council on the 12th day
of April, 1911, to be the sum of $26,

scribed is especially benefitted by said
Improvement, and the special and pe
culiar benefits accruing to each lot or
parcel thereof or parcel of land with
in the assessment district and which
is so specially benefitted by reason of
sa!d Improvement, and which has been
equitably apportioned among ' all
blocks, lots, parts of blocks and lots,
land and real estate bounding, abut-
ing, contiguous, fronting and adja
cent and tributary to such Improve
ment and Within the district created
for the purpose of making such im
proveinent to the extent of the benefits
to such 'lots, parts o? lo s, land and
real estate by reason of such Improve
ment and In no case in excess of said
benefUs. and the amount set opposite
the description or number of each lot
or part thereof or puree! of land for
which scld respective pare1?! Is as
