Oregon, on the 17th day of August,
1910. creating improvement district
No. 23, and designating Chestnut
street, 3 such district, and in pursu
ance of a resolution adopted by said
common council oa the 7th dr.y of
June, MIL. whereby said council de
termined and declared its Intention to
Improve ail that portion (if Chestnut
street, in said improvement district as
bcrefnafrer described, by constructing
cement walks 12 feet wide on both
sides of the street, the council will,
ten day after the service of this notice
upon the owners of the property af-f-
cted and benefitted by such improve
ment, order that said above described
improvement be made; that the boun
daries of said district to be so Im

from the north Une of alley between
Adams and Jefferson avenue, to the
south line of Jefferson avenue.
