( From two to five years was the sen tence' pronounced on Frank Miller, alleged criminal of much notoriety and convicted of box car robberies in this county. This sentence was read by Judge Knowles this morning at 10 o'clock. - This will make the third term which Miller hat been called up on to serve in the Oregon penitentiary. Hurray was found guilty of assault by the Jury which heard his case yes terday afternoon. All the criminal cases have been cleaned from the docket and for the present equity and law cases will be about all that will occupy the atten tion of the court. Laid Canyon News.
