Robert Owens was arraigned this morning charged with stealing a mare from Guy Patton of Elgin, It is al leged that Owens stole two horses, a saddle and a pair of chaps from Pat ton. He was indicted separately for each article and was arraigned a few days ago on the charge of stealing a horse to which he pleaded guilty re ceiving i ten year sentence.
