Minneapolis, Minn., May 17. More than 200 delegates, representing 30 grand jurisdictions of the United Stat grand jurisdictions 'of the United States and Canada, are attending the annual meeting of the supreme coun cil of the Royal Arcanum, which con vened here today for a nine days' ses sion. The opening session was devot ed largely to the annual reports of of ficers and standing committees.
