ance of a resolution adopted by the
common council of the city of La
Grande, Oregon, on the Sth day of
June, 1910, creating Sewtr Improve
ment District No. 1 and designating
boundaries of Sewer District No. 1.
as such district, and In pursuance of a
resolution adopted by said common
council on the 12th day of April, 1911,
whereby said council determined and
declared Its intention to Improve all
that portion of said district, in said
sewer improvement district as herein
after described, by laying sewers in
the streets and alkys, the council will,
