(By Maggie Hermann, W. R," C. Cor respondent) ; ; The Joint Installation of the G. A. R. and W. R, C. was held last Saturday at the I. O. O. F. hall with a good at tendance. The ceremony of Installing officers to command the O. P. Morton Post No. 36 of the Grand Army was impressive. .. The . Boys In Blue were thought ful and made a special Invitation to the ladles of the Relief Corps, to meet at the hall at 11:30 and they woull serve dinner this year Instead. So to their great surprise the ladles met in due time where they found the boys waiting patiently, and at high noon, the ladles were escorted to the Som mer hotel dining room where they par took of a bounteous dinner. During the feast many thoughts were called to mind of olden times where the boys had fought bravely. Many stories of those days were revived also, many coiici oi uctppy iwya during ,tne time of success. The success of the affair was perfect and the Relief Corps Joined with the G. A.
