The City of La Grande does ordain as
follows: '
Section I; That Section I ot ordi
nance 318 Series 1905, as amended by
ordinance No. 369, Series 1907, be,
and the same is hereby amended so
as to read as follows:
Section I. That the Recorder of the
City of La Grande Bhall receive as
full compensation for his services the
sum of $95.00 per month by warrant
drawn on the general fund of the
city. ' , ,;
Section 2. This ordinance shall be
published in one Issue of the La
Grande Evening Observer, and after
its approval by the Mayor shall be In
force and take effect from and after
the 31st day of January, 1911.
Passed the Council on the 28th day
of December, 1910, by 8 members vot
ing therefor.
