Special Practically everybody in Wallowa county U writing to absent members of family, or near relatives .or friends and inviting such persons to make the Wallowa resident a visit during Fair week, and thus make Fair week a week of borne coming. This is al ready hating a wonderful effect in advertising the Wallowa County Fair and in preparing a huge attendance of outside visitors. Li addition to this feature, practically every Wallowa county resident Is skirmishing up whatever, product he or she has on hand, and is preparing to exhibit ar ticles of handiwork, products of the soil, or products of the stock or dairy farm. The exhibits this year ' will doubtless be the most complete in the history of the county. For the first time in the county's history, too, there will be a complete exhibit of the min erals of this mineral district.
