Humphrey Has a Slogan Following the Observer's sugges tion that La-Grande adopt a slogan and the offer of "La Grande, the pay roll town," C M. Humphrey, one of Union county's earnest boosters, has come forward with a very appropriate ! phrase. He believes that "Look at La Grande" will catch the eye and Taylor Likes La Grande ; v D.
