The Riverside Park Association ac complished more ,. than the usual amount of work at the meeting yes terday afternoon. , This Is the first meeting of the year, and each and every lady is ful of enthusiasm and ready to do much toward the improve ment of La Grande's Park. As much as possible of the land scape gardner's plan Is to be carried ftp out this sumcr. It was decided at Mr. Basset this meeting to purchase two dozen seats, which are to be placed In the park. Thes are to be four foot park benches, neat and of a practically Indestructible kind. The proceeds of the Easter Mon day dance are to be used lnpayln? for these seats and every effort wil' be put forth to make this dance n success, -r.
