Irrigation Co., received a telephone
message from Starkey valley inform
ing that the water, in Meadow creek
was beginning to riae( . The1 company
has been taking measurements of
this stream for the past two months,
two readings daily, and now that the
watera are ralamg a man will be aent
there for the purpose of ascertaining
the flow of this stream during the
winter season. ,
The board of managers are of the
opinion that Meadow Creek will sup
ply sufficient water to fill the propos
ed reservoir without waiting for the
ttprlng freshet. For several weeks
