Hire New Teacher.
Davenport, Wash., . Feb. 3. The
Davenport School board has hired
another teacher1 for the high school
to carry on the agricultural work.
Davenport was the flrst school to
adopt this work and 20 boys are tak
ing the' course. Eight are studying
agronomy and 13 breeding and faten
ing of stock. There are now 110 In
the high school out of a total en
rollment of 604. The average per
cent of high school enrollment
throughout the state Is IS while Dav
enport baa 22.
