Last night's cold snap was more Im
aginary than real. Due to a stiff cold
wind that was blowing all night, a
night that was more disagreeably cold
than any that we have had this winter'

ometer registered only 17 above zero,
which Is as far from being as low as

However It is evident that the cold
snap Is growing Worse for the night

due to a lack of precaution.
