Questions Which State High Schools
.Will Use Is Given Out.
"Resolved, that the commission plan
for city government insures increas
ed efficiency and decreased corruption
in city offices." ......
Such is the wording of the debate
question over which the Eastern Ore
gon High School forming the Eastern
division of the state, will fight It out
on the rostrum of present year. The
exact arrangement of the debates, as
to whom each team will meet, has not
been definitely announced, and even
then it is a complicated affair, as there
are so many schools in this division
eleven in all and each school has
two teams.. : : .
Each school has an affirmative and
n negative team. This is paterened
after the intercollegiate delegates of
the northwest, where this system Is
carried out with precision.
