another check and had passed this
on John Rogers of the Blue Front sa
loon on Jefferson avenue the same
night as that on which he had passed
the check at the Queen restaurant
This check was also for the sum of

The description of the man Is such
that If he Is ever apprehended there
will be no trouble In his identification.
His distinguishing mark was a worn

He is of medium height, and medium
