ceived a circular from the police offi
cers ot Carson City, Nevada, asking If
possible to arrest K. E. Stuck, : and
H. II. Mclver if they come this way.
These men are smooth fakirs and are
said to have swindled several news
papers in Nevada by means of raised
notes which were attached to adver
tising contracts. ' , ,
The men pose as advertising solic
itors. Their method was to make a con
tract with a newspaper for a page of
advertising Bpace and then block the
