the Empire, have broken out in a new
place. This time it is a boycott on

Kaiser William's Land, but la direct

proximately 125,000,000 , per annum,
so that the money required to place

vs. J. E. Hall of Union, Involving the
money due for certain apples bought,
packed and shipped by Hall, returned
a verdict last evening but the veli i
was not opened until this morning.
When the envelope was opened It
was found that the defendant had won
as the plaintiff had been awarded the
sum of 70, which was practically the

court from which she appealed to the
circuit court
Today . the court was engaged ' in
the case of Hug Brothers vs. Conrad
& Neldner. The witnesses were few
!n this case and a decision is expected
this evening, .
The Rheumatic's Reanonable Hope.
