for the famouB Mormon Tabernacle
choir, who arrived from Bolne last
night, this morning received advices
from Salt Lake that the bookings for
the choir special train were all com
plete and if any more excursionists
are brought they will have to ride on
the roitf of the cars. The handsome
special will be composed of nine pull
tnans, a chair car and a baggage car,
and will postively come right through
to La Grande without any disembark
ing In Idaho. .

The train will leave Salt Lake at
8 p. m. tomorrow and a car tilled with
residents of Ogdcit 'will be taken nn
at the Junction city. The high sdiool
cadets with their band leave Suit Lake
tomorrow morning, and will arrive in
La Grande Sunday evening. The boys
will probably be given a breather
around town for an hour ami then
resume their Journey to Seaitle where
they go into camp on the edpe of the
lake in the A'-Y-l. gruundd.

has no Intention of breaking the law,"
said Mr. Carpenter to the Observer
this morning, "and consequently we
cut Boise out of the itinerary and will
lengthen our Btay in La Grande Instead."
