The Sunday train over the Wallowa
branch, made its initial trip yester
day with something like 50 passen
gers aboard. The train did not carry
any mail on this trip and will not
do so until authorized to do so by
the authorities. They will probably
carry mail on the next trip. The
baggage and express were carried.
