scribed animal, towlf, one Jersey bull,
about two years old, no brands visible.

slit in left ear, that I Impounded said
animal In the city of La Grande. Ore
gon, under and by virtue of an -ordinance
thereof, and unless the owner
claims and pays cost of feeding and
keeping of said animal, at the expira
tion of ten days from the date of
this notice, I will advertise and sell
said animal, as provided by the ordi
nance of said city.
