There will be introduced a resolution

compelled to surrender It. except for
cause, but as fast as the licenses now
in force expire, the' council will re
fuse to reissue them until the number
is cut down to the limit considered
desirable.

For some months there has been

ploying a city auditor, whose duty t
would be to audit the accounts and
reports of all officials every month
