At the time the doors closed the treasurer had about 2l,4f'0 on deposit The dividend of 4i per tent reduced the amount to about $11,000 and when the county court made the demand on the bondsmen for the remainder, they waived all rights for litigation and agreed - to reimburse the county by paying 2H0 in cash and remainder in install ments within the year.
