Kivette, was to discuss the condition of the affairs of the estate. Kivette s affairs are In a very tangled condition, and it Is prob able that after the partnership busi ness is settled, there will be little or nothing left for the creditors. As yet not a cent has been realized for their benefit, and it will be some time be fore the litigation incident to the part nership in the North Powder firm is settled. Death of Worden HuthawHy.
