A. P .Davis, one of Grande Ronde's
most successful fanners, left this
morning for a two or three months
visit to California points. He expects
to visit his brother-in-law. H. Van
Hook, who lived at Napa, and will
likely go as far south as Los An-ve-h.3
before returning. Mr. Davis has
joeii in ill health for some months,
and feels the need of a change of
climate. The farm will be managed
by Vna Davis.
