McMahon today. Two witnesses were
heard, when It adjourned .until Sat
urday. Arthur Harvey, the conductor,
swore the train stopped 10 miles out
to make repairs to the boiler. Engi
neer Cunningham was hurled from
the cab. leaving the locomotive with
out a controlling' hand. He died to
