The rules drawn up last evening are
exhaustive and will serve as patterns
for a large scope" of rules. It is to be
expected that chances will occur, but
the primary object Is to form a nu
cleus with which to work as soon as
the meeting Is called. AH the schools
invited have now responded .with let
ters, saying either representatives or
proxies will be here tomorrow or Sat
urday morning.
(
that meeting were both numerous and
prominent. The Boise congress is
planned to be the beat of the year.
In view of the fact that the next
congress following the one to con

Grande, special nttrest centers in this

work.
This is the property that lay Idle for
several years, following the lethur'gy
of the company fhat was first organ

organized capital and new leaders, the
work was picked up with excellent re

scene of activities.
'ASTIME IS
STILL BflT
The Pastime theater under the new
management Is rapidly attracting more
and more attention. Theatergoers
have not seen the best unless they
see the program now running at that
playhouse. The program as rendered
last evening was a change from pre
vious nights, though the films were
not changed. The . moving pictures
are new ones and excellent.
The two teams were seen at their
best last evening and will reproduce
their clever acts this evening again.
