days, the Jury retiring late Saturday!
evening and Sunday reached an agree- J
tnent. The sealed verdict was opened j
this morning by Circuit Judge Knowlen,
and the parties in' the contest were j
adviMed of the findings. While car-
lying out the decision of the lower I
court the Jury reduced the Judgment
before Justice Stewart, Oliver was
given Judgment in the sum of $120.43.
When the recent Jury reached a ver
dict, the Bum involved had Kiminered
down to $14.40. The litigation fol
lowed, alleged non-payment for goods
sold by Oliver to Elchenberger.
