planted in Union about 30 years ago
by John Wright. The tree was cut
about two years ago, since which time
the loir has been seasoning. The log
was about 11 inches through, and was!
sawed by J. M. Hursh. Cock brothers
are making the chair as above noted,
and will finish it In tobacco brown.
When completed, the chair will be the
property of L. A. Wright, and will
represent a bit of furniture of more
Uian ordinary value. The wood was
grown In Union and the chair wil! be
made in Union. It will be displayed
soon In the show window of Cock
