afternoon. F. J. Holmes, of the Ts-

D. Mathoson assumes' the vacancy hi
the directorate.
J. M. Berry Is no longer vice-president.
He has held that office for sev
eral years, but on account of probable
absence from the city much of the
coming year, he asked to be relieved
of the responsibility. He Is still a di

While there was tittle out of the
routine business transacted, there is,

ment to the patrons in that the surplus
