effect, even though freight business

days it will require more power to
take the trains over the eastern Ore
gon division than Is now required on
the present slow running time.
Work Train Withdrawn.
One of the work trains held in Wal
lowa county for final ballasting has
been withdrawn. :ngine 147, with
Engineer Dupes, Is the locomotive to
come In, though the engineer was left
at the front with another engine.
