supreme court, (or hearing at the Ma,

In each case the action Is baaed up
on a city charter, paused since the pro
hibition act of 1904. which provides
for city regulation of the liquor traf
fic. Two cases are from the town or
Vale, the third Is from Westfall. Both
city charters were granted In Febru
ary. 1905.
The suits are entitled respectively.

son, plaintiff and appellant, vs. the
County Court of Malheur county, B. C.
