Church ami Society Event.
Next Saturday, In the Lewis build
ing, next door to the Pastime theater,
the ladies of the Methodist church will
conduct a sale for the benefit of the
church building fund. Tho ladles have
been working for months to prepare
for this sale, and have generously con
tributed both of ' money and time.
There will be on sale A great many ar
ticles of fancy work. ' Every lady con
nected with the church here has fur
nished something for the sale, ' and
friends all over the state have shown
their Interest by sending something.
The ladles have not decided about
serving lunch, but at least, there will
be the most delicious of home-made
candy on sale. -
